ST RFI [RE-wrenches]

Joe,
No experience with the ST directly but are the DC leads twisted? Can they be
put in metal conduit and the conduit grounded? You can't always make it go
away, but you can (sometimes) reduce it.
I have a hard time with AM here. I even get interference with the
transformer charging the batteries.

Are Faraday cages a chicken wire like arrangement similar to the wiring we
used to put on one end of CB beam antennas to cut interference?

Hey Wrenches,

I've been talking with a guy that has two ST2500 inverters installed
in his shop. He's also hooked on AM talk radio. The inverters are
blitzing his shop radio.

Trace is suggesting Faraday cages for the inverters. Think this would
be effective? Any of you found a simpler solution to ST generated RFI?

Thanks dudes,

Joe
