PV as an investment [RE-wrenches]

Hi Joel,

I don't think that people are going to do that, save 50% without changing some things,
like lights to CFL's, washers to front loads, refers to the new energy stars.  These will
save them $$.  If the question is could they reduce that much sure, but only if
electricty goes up to $1 per kwh.
