Amen to that!  Wouldn't this actually be the other critical aspect of 
industry honesty - laying out ALL the salient facts? I would also like 
to know more about Phil Undercuffer's more studied treatment of this 
issue.  Perhaps a single codified yet concisely written document could 
be used by everyone as a sales tool.  I could sure use something such as 
that especially as my most potentially lucrative and proximate 
communities don't even qualify for state energy rebates.  That's a 
really tough hill to climb. After sale technical glitches are usually 
soluble in some fashion.  But first you gotta get some stuff sold!  
Frankly, I'm a bit jealous of people having "technical" problems.
