Dry batteries [RE-wrenches]

Four of the L16s have gone out into a home system. They tested to 65% of
rated capacity to 10.2V on a load test we tried, which isn't too bad--it may
even be partly due to the "rubber band stretching" of new cells, as these
partially dried-out cells had never been cycled. I'll let you know. We still
have 11 more L16s to play with (one showed obvious signs of failure).
