Bob,

Hialeah Meter Co. in Florida sells rebuilt utility type KWH meters at very 
reasonable prices. They sell 120 VAC in class 60 and 100 (rated amps) and  
240 VAC in class 200 that can be wired to measure 120 VAC. Specify the 
"EZ READ" dial which is the digital numbers instead of the analog dials. 
Cost less than $30. each.
