The Pulse (www.pulseenergy.com) PC500 and PSC500 power centers can be
configured with from one to at least four 60 amp charge controllers (12, 24,
or 48VDC). You can order the first stage as PWM, rest are usually mercury
relay. Ground Fault Detection and Interruption  can be integrated into these
as well.

They also make PC120 and PC180 (120 and 180 amp) charge controllers. They
claim they can build up to 800 amps, 240VDC.
