correct kwhr [RE-wrenches]

Carl,

I'm sure you were thinking correctly but it looks like it came out
incorrectly as a notation. When you wrote:
"Your comment Hugh on kW/hrs noted..."

We normally state it as kWhrs/day, or kWhrs/month.
kW/hrs says to me kW per hour which is not correct.

Correct me if I'm wrong.
