Hawa'ii net metering [RE-wrenches]

Wrenches,

Some good news from the state in the union which enjoys the highest electric
utilities rates (I pay $.26/kWh)in the nation: after years of struggle and
failed attempts by renewable energy advocates, the governor signed a net
metering bill into law yesterday.  Any Hawai'i Wrenches who want more info,
let me know.
