Hi Joel,

  Most of these charts originally came from the NREL National Solar
Radiation Data Base, here:  http://rredc.nrel.gov/solar/pubs/NSRDB/
This is based on data from 1961 thru 1990. It'll give it to you month by
month with a variety of tilt angles, fixed arrays, or single, or dual axis
trackers. Very handy.
