Kirk,

MREA (www.the_mrea.org, I think) has some info on this. But basically, 
you're designing two systems here. First is a radiant heat system. Designed 
like any other radiant heat system. Second is a heat collection and storage 
system, heated by the solar. Pretty similar to a DHW system in most ways. 
The only way to make it different than this is to use a "heavy" slab and 
have the slab be the heat storage. You can then get into insulated slabs 
for slower heating of the space, recirculating slabs, etc.
