Almost ALL business endeavors are subject to varying levels of proficiency.
How do you know you're hiring a good doctor or lawyer. It is ALWAYS "buyer
beware". IF we all had access to perfect information a truly FREE MARKET
should work perfectly. We don't have that information and things do go
wrong. I can't imagine a system that could prevent this.
