Powerstar [RE-wrenches]

Hello Allan,

You can reach Marty, at Powerstar in San Jose, at 408-239-7710. I almost
always get her voice mail but she does return my calls within 24 hours
typically. She indicates Brian is in Fresno but I don't have his current
number.

I am beginning to wonder about Powerstar's quality control and business
practices. We have had a few defective UPG700s recently and some older units
which fail to get serviced in a timely fashion as you describe. We just sent
a DOA 700 in for service and it was returned after 1 month with the same
problem.

Marty blames most problems on UPS handling. Sure....
