Brand meter hiccup [RE-wrenches]

The newer meters don't seem to lose the memory (hiccup?) like the earlier
ones. Unplug it and move it to another site and the important old readings
are still there on the newer units.

If you can get a customer to use it, they WILL learn a lot about what they
can do to improve how they use their power, it seems that some just don't
want to know!

Toyo stoves just seem to be a problem, the Monitor Heaters (the original)
are not.

Still the best meter out there and the service is first rate.

Well Joel,

I have used the model 4-1850 for a year or so and have regularly seen
hiccups when trying to measure appliance power usage over time, like my
Toyo stove. It records fine for a few days or maybe a week or two and
then it seems to get reset. I figured it was grid power hiccups causing
it, as it otherwise works fine. Maybe I'm wrong though. Anyone know
how long the power can be off (millisecs) before it resets??
