I believe the Florida Solar Energy Center has some curriculum stuff. And several years ago we got some stuff from these guys:

Energy Efficiency & Renewable Energy Network
(EREN): links to gov. & private internet sites & “Ask
an Energy Expert” online questions to specialists.
