PV Installation Guide [RE-wrenches]

David,

This is a guide I have drafted for the California Energy Commission on the
installation of PV systems for contractors and knowledgable
owner-installers. Those who would like a copy of it to review and give me
comments this week should contact me directly at <billb at endecon.com>. It
will be available on the CEC website in about a month.
