photron PSC-1 question. [RE-wrenches]

Hi All,

I have a customer who has a Photron solar UPS with a PSC-1 in it that isn't
working right. ( supprise)

I remember somebody had squirled away a manual for it?  What I want to do is
adjust the charging setpoints.

PS  in regards to licenses and inspectors.  Seems sort of redundant to me.  If
you have inspectors, why do you need licenses?  They are supposed to check it
out?  And then there is such a difference between what one person will allow and
another??
