SMA also makes a line of large inverters 25 kW and up (600 kW is the largest
to date).
The Sunny Central inverters are designed for this purpose.

Is their any options other than Trace Technologies in the U.S.? Maybe
Abbacus, but I would stick with Trace. Look at the Trace Engineering website
and go to the PV-Series page. All the stuff you ever wanted there.

By the way, sizing an array for high voltage inverters is not a trivial
task. Good luck.
