24VDC to 48VDC [RE-wrenches]

We considered working with the ac output from the XL1 but it is rectified in 
the turbine and there are only 2 slip rings to bring the power out instead of 
three as in the BWC1500.  I have toyed with the idea of moving my 1500 to the 
top of the mountain behind my house (1000' higher and 3000' wire run) to take 
advantage of the huge windspeed increase at that site.  My average now is 4-6 
mph and the summit is about 12 mph ave. We planned to step up the three phase 
AC and then step it back down going into the control box at the house.
