A good thermostat also from Graingers is 2E848, which adjusts 0 - 120F, a
little easier than one that goes to 600, but still $50. If just a snap on
off is needed as to turn on a fan at 100 degrees Grainger has those for 110
degrees and up just $7.50, like number 2E245.
