 If the Heinman breakers are not
listed for battery connections, I say we are up s--- creek.

The Trace manual for the DC250/DC175, which uses the Heinemann breaker,
states "The DC250 and DC175 has been certified by ETL to UL Standard 508
(draft), Industrial Control Panels for use in residential photovoltaic power
systems.  It is also approved to CSA standard CSA-22.2 No. 14, Industrial
Control Equipment."  The breakers themselves also have a sticker stating UL
approval.  Trace has a whole pile of these installed in their power panels
out there and I am unaware of any problems with NEC compliance.
