Manus on list finalized? [RE-wrenches]

Let me 'clarify' my position on this. I was listed in the 'no way' column.
I just don't want the wrenches list cluttered with a bunch of 'help me get
service' from (Trace or whoever) pleas and whinings.  If a somewhat techie
liaison is the one that (Trace or whoever) designates as their person on the
list that is fine with me.  Their job would be to find the right person in
the corporation on the tech side that could answer the question (if they
couldn't).

If there is a problem with how the company operates and responds to
customers and dealers, that could be fodder for the RE Markets list.
