That's a good question, Kurt. But actually, I am just as much interested in how you Wrenches deal with maintenance contracts, both for the systems you installed & that others installed.

In fact, that would make a good subject for an article in HP so that our readers can know that maintenance contracts are available. Now if only we could get someone to write it...
