Well, exactly. Nothing we do on this list should detract from IPP's
mission or effectiveness. On the other hand, does IPP really want to get
bogged down in the discussion of which side of the inverter the temp. comp.
probe plugs into? Likely not, the Wrenches list (and anything else we
eventually evolve into) should be the forum in which the consensus is made,
*then* submit the results to IPP for enactment and endoresment.
I wasn't looking to start a membership drive with the logo idea. Judging
by the general 'ho-hum' response that particular e-mail brainstorm got, I
could have gotten more use out of the keyboard by catching up on my
personal correspondence.
