Belize panels [RE-wrenches]

i agree these panels should be put in the hands of someone that is able to 
make them work. thats why i recommended that they donate them to sei. sei has 
the expertise to salvage these panels and they can put them to good use with 
there projects in central america and on native american reservations. i 
would hate to see the folks in belize scrap these panels because they don't 
want to store them any more. if i can convince them to donate them to sei, so 
they can get a tax break and then any of us wrenches that are interested in 
useing these panels can work out a deal with sei, by helping them salvage the 
panels. let me know what you think of this plan before you contact clark 
mccleam in orlando.
