Easy there pardner..One more nip at it won't come back.  I promise.  This
web site thread is more applicable for the Marketing list and it if someone
want to start talking about web sites there please do so as I have lost the
email address to it again.  Aren't we are all here because we are in
business and we might want to share some of our failure and success' with
our RE related web pages?

BTW, I you want a good flogging video I have a www link for you.  Smitty
gave it me so you know it's good.
