Agreed.  Why is THIS ONE so much better than the others such as this one 
described here:  http://www.innovativeenergy.com/

I do know the US Army has implemented a huge program to make use of 
desulfators for their various [and countless] pieces of equipment.  
Whose they are using, I don't know.
