can pulse test results? [RE-wrenches]

Here is the web site for the manufacturer. www.solartech.com  A lot of
people swear by them, I just haven't made up my mind yet.

There are a lot of interesting testimonials, Some of them from controlled
documented tests. Including one from Ford Motor Co. that interested me.

I just have a hard time justifying the cost, on top of the batteries cost in
most cases.
Example,  16  T-105's @ $75.00 = $1200.00 add unit cost of $495.00 (Price I
was given) $375.00 according to Jeff, the guy that loaned me the units to
test is probably sticking me......

It better do one hell of a good job if it is going to cost 40% of the
battery packs cost!

They might be better, I just want to know if they work at all.

Where does one get tech and source info on Can Pulse?

Is it thought to be superior to the couple other pulsers on the market?
