Jay:  Remember its not just how many are grid inter-tie vs. off grid.  There
are plenty of inverter systems using SW just as grid back-up, never selling,
with or without solar charging capability.  And then there are plenty of
solar prime source residential systems that have grid power available as
winter back-up, where a breaker is thrown to charge a bit in sun-less weeks
and these systems are not ever in sell mode.  Indeed many of those still
have U-series or DR series inverters, but some have SW series too.
