If the new upgrade is just for the intertie market, then those inverters
going off grid won't need it though.

Right Jay. So if you've got off-grid installs coming up, those version
4.1 SW units on sale are a good buy. I'm betting the price will go up
for version 4.2 units. Xantrex has good reasons to raise SW-series
prices now don't they?
