AEI Multimode [RE-wrenches]

Hi Joel.

Well we believe that the Multimode is ready for prime-time - but we are
ramping up production in a controlled way, and holding lots of hands in the
field and sorting out some minor bugs (mainly setpoints at this stage).  We
have shipped about 50 units with plans to have another 150 shipped by
Christmas.  The backlog is unfortunately quite long, but we expect to catch
up within a month.

Our highest profile site at this point is an installation at the Davis, CA,
food coop (the center of political correctness in the USA).

The main reason that we feel confident that the multimode is ready is that
it is not a new product - it is a derivative of our 10kW fuel cell inverter
which has been running in the field for two years in various forms.

The MM-3000 and MM-5000 inverters DO have UL's seal of approval, and also
are FCC certified.
