Backup generators. [RE-wrenches]

Hullo again.

I am interested if anyone has come across an article on the comparison
between petrol, diesel and propane or LPG generators.

I am interested in the fuel consumption for comparative KVA outputs,
maintenance costs, life etc.

We are recommending LPG over here largely for environmental reasons, but I
need to be able to justify the choice with more facts.
