Measuring PV kWh on net metered systems [RE-wrenches]

Nice ideas. The detents are a good way to go for new installations. Ethan
Brand also suggested putting his meter in line, but I have over 1850
watts. Also, a one-way transducer on other people's existing systems would
allow us to see how the systems are performing. Any other thoughts?
