Quiet wind generators [RE-wrenches]

Wind generation is cyclic and trees, bushes, etc... are non cyclic in
nature. Wind generators will always sound different than natural
surroundings. I would talk with the neighbors first and they best be a ways
off to avoid the sound patterns. Personally I would put one up in a
residential setting with neighboehood approval. But I am A Wrench.
