PV TOU Meter [RE-wrenches]

Joel,
Two years ago I provided a grid-tie customer with a TOU meter for his
consumption. It was a digital meter that could be programmed to sample
4X/day. We paid $155 +frt, including programming setup. We got it from
Warren Grainger, Zia Electrical Products, 505 847-2864.
