Neeed big 48V charge controllers [RE-wrenches]

Steve, Thanks for catching my error.  Point still stands though.  You 
could parallel 3 C-40s as diversion loads instead of paralleling them 
as charge controls.   Hot water is great stuff!  Don't waste that 
much power!

Has anyone out there regulated with the one of the Trace Auxilliary 
Relays dumping to an AC 4500 Watt element on a large system How does 
it work out?  With an adjustable hystersis, I imagine it works out 
okay.  Enermaxers are loud.  I had a system where the Enermaxer was 
set to regulate first, then cascade to the Whisper power center's 
dump load (controller on those was not very reliable) and the third 
tier was the Aux Relay on the SW.  The Aux Relay never kicked in as 
the Enermaxer was so reliable.  But I always wondered how well it 
would work if it had to.
