Zomeworks problems [RE-wrenches]

Rant on.

I just finished installing a Zomeworks UTR for -8- AP 120 watt panels.
The usual frustrations presented themselves: missing hardware, wrong
size hardware, documentation not up to date, ect. BTW, I have never
assembled a rack kit, regardless of OEM, that either had some missing or
wrong size nuts and bolts.

And please, can someone tell me why the rapid response plates (four
pieces of flimsy sheet metal) for the above-mentioned rack, now have a
list cost of $350, up from $125 in 1999????? They're not made of gold,
after all. Zomeworks rep, where art thou? Rant off.
