Hi Joel,
    You make a good point there but how about those of us who work in"RE
challenged" areas? Where our systems pass inspections and the test of time with
flying colors...but no other dealers get to see that? Unfortunately, that's the
position I'm in here in NY. This is my 5th year of business....accumulating lots of
good codeworthy systems to my name....and damned few "RE industry" witnesses.
Working out in the sticks has it's pros and cons I guess!
    So....with that said.....good luck with your list!
