Code approved fine strand cable (was Carflex revisited) [RE-wrenches]

Wrenches,

The Anixter part number for 4/0 RHH/RHW/USE, 427 strand copper, diesel
locomotive cable is 3BF-4041. ($3.00 a foot or less depending on quantity).
I have had no problem with flexibility, but the outer jacket has more grip
than the smooth jacket on the Cobra, and is harder to pull without wire
lube.

Anyone have a good source and part number for the Cobra?
