This set-up keeps draining the lower right battery [RE-wrenches]

Hopefully someone can open this file and answer your question. Looks 
like Hugh did a good job. In the future, please follow standard 
Internet protocols and attach only GIF or JPEG files. Assuming that 
everyone uses a PC is, after all is said and done, rude.
