My Buss catalog shows type ABC to be DC rated as follows:
UL listed 0-15A
UL recognized 20-25A
DC rating is 250V up to 20A and then 125V.
DC ratings are "self certified" which should be fine for the inspectors.
==================================================
The Littlefuse 3AB is DC rated as follows:
UL listed 0-15A
UL recognized 20-30A (note the difference - if you need a 30A fuse, it must
be Littlefuse)
DC rating is 250V up to 20A and then 125V.
No mention of self certification
==================================================
Bill's comment about listed and recognized is important to understand:
Listing is for complete pieces of equipment
Recognition is for components intended to be used in (typically listed)
equipment

PS We are evaluating the cost trade-offs of making string combiners with
PCBs Vs. DIN rail fuse holders and blocks in high volume manufacturing -
I'll keep you informed as to how it comes out..
