tankless water heaters [RE-wrenches]

Cost effective is possibly an argument in some situations, but they are
definitely cheaper to run.
I replaced a 40 gallon electric (4500 watt) element with a 125X and It cut
the owners power bill by 40% compared to the year before.
What did stand out is that the kids were drawing water without putting the
faucet on the cold side, so the heater would kick on for an instant every
time they got a drink!
Retraining started immediately!

Later,
Bob

Tankless water heaters don't save money inspite of their propaganda. They
only save space - not money - modern water heaters are so efficient you
have to cut them off for 72 hours to save any money. The research has been
done by Universities and energy agencies. It is an urban myth.
