NPCSCP - what is it? [RE-wrenches]

It is being run by George Ingham and is just getting started. It is starting
with some efforts in the training area. George is being funded by IBEW and
DOE(I believe) to work on pulling together some aspects of training and
construction standards related to PV. That's about the extent of what I
know. I spent the end of last week with him and several of his partners in
the NPCSP effort. It is something to keep an eye on.
