ST Service Bulletin [RE-wrenches]

Hi Jay and everybody,

Not to beat a dead horse, but it is kind of hard for a manufacturer to post
something like this on Wrenches when their only representative who has
posting privileges is out of the country.
Where is the bottleneck to the information flow?

 I would have thought that something like this would be also be directed to
this site?
 I wouldn't consider it propaganda but solid information that is needed.
 Humm I sure wonder if this manufactures on the list is going to work.
