I'm baffled. Wouldn't the owner desire and also expect that there 
would be some backup capability? I can't imagine not encouraging at 
least a little more storage, for such a slight extra cost. In fact, a 
bank that's too small may not even be able to hold up voltage under 
motor-starting conditions.
