PG&E(Pennyless Gas & Electric) [RE-wrenches]

Since we've had some discussion about PG&E and some of you seem to be
better informed then they are, does anyone know what the story is on
bi-directional time of use meters? My same uninformed source at PG&E
did'nt think they were available and I wonder if its more a case of
the utilities not wanting to have customers that are selling
high/buying low.I want to see if 'time of use' net metering can be
applied to grid tie systems and if meter availability is the issue,
where can I get one of these meters on the open market? Carl Reuter
