The meeting the wish list is intended for will be held well before that date. Sorry I can't say more, but the time, place, and attendees were told to me in confidence.
And rest assured, the wish list is not any kind of official statement from Wrenches, but rather is going with the attendees for discussion only as what it is: some suggestions from individual wrenches.
Sure, I have tried to augment discussion and consensus, but that is not absolutely necessary for the purpose of this list. I will not be leaving any suggestions out. Of course, neither you nor I have any control over how our wish list will be presented at the meeting. That will be up to the attendees.

We don't really know how the Vanner intertie/UPS inverters work yet. I think that after some of these are in the field for awhile and you all have had a chance to deal with them, then a similar wish list to Vanner is appropriate. Of course, it couldn't hurt a thing for Vanner to understand what we would like the Trace equipment to do. I see no problem with one of us slipping the list to Vanner after it is complete.

The wish list is being taken to the meeting personally by well-experienced wrenches and advocates. I think we won't need to do anything beyond that. Trace will be taking this seriously.
There is another letter that I have worked on with a few of you that is designed to go to ALL inverter manufacturers, including those not currently in the US market, in the hopes of fostering competition in the inverter industry.
Soon I will be running it by RE-Wrenches list for your comments.
