Belize panels [RE-wrenches]

i just got a call from belize. the 514 damaged panels are in orlando and they 
sound desperate to get rid of them. they were asking me what i thought they 
were worth and what it would take to fix them. i told them that there best 
option was to donate them to a non-profit like solar energy international and 
get a tax right off. i have my fingers crossed and i hope he does it. then 
something good will have come out of this.
