Quiet wind generators [RE-wrenches]

Wrenches,

I'd appreciate your experience on a specific wind generator scenario I'm
working with. I'm working with a client in a beachfront residential area.
The wind is good here, and we've played around with an Air403, but the
machine is much too loud for my client (especially in high-frequency noise).

We need a very quiet machine, if such a thing exists. Ideally we're looking
for something like several small machines or one or two in the range of 1
kw. Is the H40 the quietest machine around? Is it a LOT quieter than the
Air403?

Someone gave me a sheet on a many-bladed turbine called the Hornet(one model
being the "Stealth Turbo ST32"), which claims to be "extremely silent," to
have "great low wind speed power output," and to deal well with turbulent
wind. Have you heard of this thing?

Bottom line--what is the quietest wind machine you know of that you trust?
Would you bag the idea of using a wind machine in a residential area?

I'm in client meetings as we speak and would greatly appreciate a quick
response. Thank you!
