Hi Wrenches,

Does anyone know the number of peak sun hours available in Jalapa, 
Mexico.  Also, is there much seasonal variation in available sunlight?

It is in the State of Vera Cruz, about 5 hours north of Mexico City by 
car.  A reasonable approximation would be great.
