Enermaxer vs C40 [RE-wrenches]

The system in The UK is mainly microhydro and we will be using diversion
load controllers. I have not used Enermaxers in many years. I remember
needing to send those back for repair about as often as any other
controller. Do any of you have any thoughts on the overall merits of the
Enermaxer vs a Trace C40 (48V system), particularly in regards to
reliability.

Also, are there any problems in paralleling these diversion controllers (two
C40's, or two Enermaxer's) to the same dump load?
Thanks,
David
